Recently I was ask by a friend to develop some script style typography for a tattoo they are getting done, using the song lyrics ‘Its always darkest before the dawn’. Once I had done the typography I decided to develop it further little by adding colour and some simple illustrations taken from inspiration from the Florence and the Machine where the lyrics are used.
